Christ Church Cathedral is Dublin’s oldest building, a leading visitor attraction and a place of pilgrimage for almost 1,000 years. Renowned for its breathtaking beauty, magnificent architectural features and stunning floor tiles, it is also popular as a venue and plays host to many concerts and events.

We are looking to recruit volunteers in a key area of the Cathedral, our Gift Shop.

Retail Assistants

Our Cathedral Gift Shop is located in the Crypt and houses a variety of exclusive handmade gifts by Irish and designers. We stock Corona, Solvar, Meab, Willow Design, Real Ireland Design, Lir Handmade Chocloates, Irish Craft Leather, Bog Standard Candles, The Handmade Soap Company and much more. Retail experience is desirable, but not necessary as training will be provided for all volunteers.

The time commitment is generally half a day per week but we are happy to accommodate shorter times as well.
