Church of Ireland Historical Society Conference, Christ Church Music Room, 5th November 2016

The Church of Ireland Historical Society’s bi-annual conference will take place in Christ Church Cathedral Music Room on 5th November. It promises a wide-ranging selection of lectures including Bronagh McShane speaking about  clerical wives in early modern Ireland,  Judith Hill on the Chapel Royal and  Heather Jones discussing  Irish commemoration of the First World War. The conference will also mark the launch of Kenneth Milne and Paddy McNally (eds), The Boulter Letters.

 

The conference is free for members. You can become a member at http://churchofirelandhist.org/membership. Non-members are also most welcome. They are asked to subscribe €10 (or £7) at the door to assist with conference expenses.
