Closure of Christ Church Cathedral until 29 March 2020

Consistent with recent government announcements in regards to the situation of Covid-19, Christ Church Cathedral is seeking to cooperate with directives in the interest of public health. We will remain closed to visitors until 29 March.  However, unless further guidance is issued from the relevant authorities, we intend to hold our Sunday morning Eucharist at 11 am on 15, 22 and 29 March.

Hand sanitiser gel will be available and seating will be spaced to abide by recommendations in regard to social distancing. Please note that we will be abiding by guidance to limit the size of indoor gatherings, and thus the size of the congregation will be limited to 70 persons. Doors will open from 10:30 am.

Though we are closed to regular operations, Morning Prayer (at 10 am) and Evening Prayer (at 5 pm) will be said each day, Monday-Friday (with the exception of the St Patrick’s Day bank holiday), and may be viewed on our webcam.
