Dublin Festival of History 2024 – Contested Histories: The Sculpture of Christ Church Cathedral Re-Examined

Dr Greg Sullivan – ‘Contested Histories: the sculpture of Christ Church Cathedral re-examined’.

In the context of the current wider debate over public monuments, this lunchtime talk will take a fresh look at the monuments of Christ Church Cathedral, informed by Dr Sullivan’s work on the ‘Pantheons’ project in St Paul’s Cathedral, London.

This event does not require pre-booking.

Please note that due to the historical nature of the building, the Henry Roe Room is only accessible by stairs.

This event is part of the 2024 Dublin Festival of History, find out more about the festival and other events here.
