The American Festival Choir consists of singers from two major US church choirs and this recital at Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin is part of their 2025 concert tour of Scotland & Ireland. Participants include members of The Worship Choir from the First Baptist Church in Minden, Louisiana (lead by Worship Pastor, Scotty Blackwell) and The Worship Choir from the Trinity Baltimore in Lutherville, Maryland (lead by Worship Pastor, Brian Biondo). Their repertoire will include well-known hymns of the faith alongside popular, Christian songs such as Rejoice, Shout for Joy, Because of Jesus, Psalm 8, Oh Happy Day, Hymn of Praise, No Other King, I Will Dwell, This Blood and The Blessing.
