A centring prayer workshop will take place in Christ Church Cathedral on Saturday 7th September 2013 beginning at 10am.  The workshop is being organised by the cathedral and Contemplative Outreach Ireland.

Centring prayer is drawn from ancient prayer practices of the Christian contemplative heritage and is considered by Christians to be a method of silent prayer that prepares the believer to receive the gift of God’s presence.  The workshop will be led by Siobhan Semple from Contemplative Outreach Ireland.
