Join Sophie, a certified 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and member of the cathedral team, for a 45-minute gentle vinyasa flow in the stunning surroundings of the Spiritual Heart of Dublin – Christ Church Cathedral.
Take the chance to ease into your morning with a practice that ensures safe alignment, is suitable for practitioners of all levels and provides opportunities for mindful moments.
For attire, opt for comfortable and cosy clothing to ensure your comfort during the session. Please bring your own mat and water bottle to stay hydrated throughout.
